We are also committed to minimizing our environmental impact, from reducing waste to promoting responsible tourism practices. For this reason, we have the label Marca Parcs Naturals de la Comunitat Valenciana, which is a certification with a commitment to environmental and social quality of products obtained and elaborated in the Parcs Naturals. These are natural, handcrafted, nature tourism and environmental education products created under a sustainable development.

As part of the Parcs Naturals Brand, we are committed to the preservation and promotion of the natural and cultural wealth of our protected areas. Our aim is to offer unique tourist experiences in harmony with the environment, promoting sustainable and responsible tourism. For this reason, our routes comply with the following quality and sustainability standards, guaranteeing an experience in harmony with nature:

• Respect for Nature and the Environment: During our routes, we promote respect for the natural environment and biodiversity. We encourage respect and conservation of the biodiversity and natural ecosystems present in our parks. We urge visitors not to alter or damage the environment, respecting the signs and avoiding the collection of plants or animals. We maintain a safe distance from bird habitats and avoid interfering with their natural behaviour.
• Staff Training: Our ornithological guides are highly qualified and have a deep knowledge of birds and their habitats. They are also trained in sustainable tourism practices and environmental conservation.
• Use of Responsible Equipment: During the routes, we use environmentally friendly equipment such as binoculars and low-intrusion cameras. We also encourage the use of shared transport or sustainable means of transport to access the observation areas.
• Promotion of Good Practices: We inform our clients about the importance of maintaining responsible behaviour during the route, such as not leaving litter, respecting the signs and avoiding the use of electronic devices that may disturb the birds.
• Collaboration with Local Entities: We are members of the SICTED Quality programme (Integral System of Tourist Quality in Destination), which guarantees that our activities comply with the established quality standards and contribute to the sustainable development of the destination. We are also part of the Parcs Naturals de la Comunitat Valenciana brand, which promotes the maintenance and development of socio-economic activity, with criteria for the sustainable use of natural resources and the search for innovative models of eco-development, reinforcing the commitment to the environment and to the protected natural space in order to facilitate sustainable economic models.
• Commitment to Conservation: We actively collaborate with local organisations and environmental authorities in projects for the conservation of birds and their habitats, thus contributing to the protection and preservation of biodiversity.
• Responsible Use of Resources: We promote the responsible use of natural resources, such as water and energy, as well as the proper management of waste. We encourage visitors to reduce, reuse and recycle, and to use local products and services to minimise the ecological footprint.
• Environmental Awareness: We inform and sensitise visitors to the importance of environmental conservation and biodiversity. We organise educational and environmental interpretation activities to promote understanding and appreciation of nature.
